General Knowledge

A cadet enters at the rank of Airman Basic and must take a leadership test to rank up to Airman.

Upon passing a rank, the cadet has 56 days ( eight weeks ) before he or she can again be promoted. After Cadet Airman, three tests are required to pass rank. A Leadership test, an Aerospace test, and a Physical test. These tests can be taken at any time during the two-month period and in any order. Aerospace and Leadership testing is done BEFORE the weekly meeting. During Testing Night, tests can be taken all night (with advanced permission).

You may test ahead no more than the next rank. Please note that at the end of each phase you have a comprehensive exam with an essay and speech before you begin the Command phase and during the Executive phase.

You can find our squadron schedule on the Squadron Page and by clicking on the Squadron Calendar Menu.
